The following links and icons represent a selection of Letters to Editors and Editorials published locally, regionally, and/or nationally from 1978 to 2015. Several of these selections are linked to publications in which multiple letters and/or editorials printed; e.g., the links to A.R.C. Quarterly, The Oregonian, and Newport News-Times are linked to more than two dozen additional written opinions. Most of the topics covered are specific to forest management, reforestation, wildfire economics, and local landscape history issues.
